Your 14-day right to cancel

You can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods, without giving a reason. If your order arrives in several deliveries, the 14 days start when you receive the last item.

How to cancel

Tell us clearly before the 14 days run out — e-mail [email protected] or write to Gaetan Leger, 4 rue du 11 Novembre 1918, 59370 Mons-en-Barœul, France. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.

Returning the goods

Send the goods back to Gaetan Leger, 4 rue du 11 Novembre 1918, 59370 Mons-en-Barœul, France, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us you are cancelling. Returns go to France: you pay the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or not as described, and we recommend a tracked service. Please keep proof of postage. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with their labels attached.

Your refund

We refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge you paid, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of receiving proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. We refund using the same payment method you used, at no cost to you; it usually shows on your card within 5 working days of our refund. We may reduce the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced by handling them more than needed to check their nature, characteristics and functioning (as you would in a shop).

Faulty goods

This right to cancel is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty or not as described — see section 7 of our Terms of Sale. For faulty goods we cover return costs.
